Number three my list is availability and customer service. It is my opinion that any leading business in their category should have a good better in a best of every product they sell. Imagen going to the supermarket and finding only one type of soda or one type of bread. Often, businesses that are struggling, will often stock products they know they can sell and nothing more. However, a business that thriving will try to offer the clients a range of product to meet not only their budget but also their expectations.
